INTENSE TRAINING part 1 : 2 weeks countdown

well its not actually intense. not close to it anyways.

still quite slacking lahh.

die lah lyk that. T.T

lets start with..

1. STAYING BACK

stayed back everyday except thursday because i have tuition.
4 hours of time but only like 1 hour of practice.
WHAT?!?!??!
sorry lahh....

slack here slack there... TIME FLIES YOU KNOW.

sommore sleepy de mar...

oh well, its better then nothing. but its freakin 2 weeks.

wat the hell.

2. HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

- have my breakfast everyday. simple ones lahh.
but like since standard 5 i like never had breakfast one loh.

form 1 form 2 i wake up late de mah, straight away lunch.

but then form 3 form 4 none at all.

so yea, my stomach a lot of problems de lahh.

but since having breakfast everyday i see CHANGES. ^^

- sleep at least 6 hours a day.
I TRYING MY BEST LAH!!

i'll try i'll try.

- not eating or drinking any freezing cold stuff.
as you can see. i broke this rule numerous times.

but at least not as often lah.

but still....

because less cold drinks will decrease stomach problems and smaller chances of nose sensitivity.

i noe this has frankly nothing to do with recent events.

i try lah.

see this weekends i got mood to blog or not lah. hahahhaha
